Twinning Programme
China's cooperation with foreign schools:
Chinese schools and international schools that have established cooperation agreements, along with the Shanghai Oaks Education Group, will work together to promote the curriculum, advanced teaching methods, and facilities of international schools to Chinese educational institutions. They will also recommend and assist students in applying for GCSE and A-level courses abroad. Students from partner schools will receive priority in admissions if they meet the same entry criteria.
Cooperation with foreign universities for vocational and technical education:
2+2 Undergraduate Programme: Chinese and foreign universities that have established cooperative relationships can jointly offer a 2+2 undergraduate programme. Students will study at a Chinese university for two years before transferring as a class to a partner university in the UK or other European countries to complete the remaining two years of their undergraduate courses. Upon graduation, students will receive both Chinese and foreign degrees. Those wishing to continue their education can pursue a master's or doctoral degree at the cooperative university or other institutions.
3+1 undergraduate programme: Chinese and international universities that have established cooperative relationships can jointly offer a 3+1 undergraduate programme. Students will study undergraduate courses in a Chinese university for three years and then transfer to a cooperative university in the UK or other European countries as a class to complete the remaining one year of undergraduate courses. After graduation, students will receive both Chinese and foreign degrees. Students who wish to continue their studies will be able to pursue a master's or doctoral degree at the cooperative university or other universities.
4+0 Undergraduate Programme: Chinese and international universities that have established partnerships can jointly offer a 4+0 undergraduate program. Students will study at a Chinese university for all four years. The cooperative foreign universities can contribute by providing teaching materials, a limited number of faculty, and sharing some of the tuition fees and other income. Graduates wishing to pursue master's or doctoral degrees can apply directly to the programs offered by the cooperative universities.
Online Teaching: Chinese and international universities that have formed cooperative partnerships will jointly offer online teaching and learning through the Shanghai Oaks International Education Group. This initiative will deliver world-leading professional knowledge and technology via live webcasts, targeting Chinese cooperative students as well as students and groups beyond school settings. The program aims to promote knowledge exchange and contribute to the advancement of humanity.
